We use E-parcel service from Australian Post for shipment of all products.
We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We ship your order on the business day after your order was placed, subject to stock availability.
When placing an order you can check shipping rates when checking out your shopping basket.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
You can choose to have your order shipped with express post. Your order will be offered for shipment on the next business day. For most addresses you receive your order within 2 business days if you are in a express post area. To check if you are in an express post area and delivery times check www.auspost.com.au. (shipping is from Sydney 2103)
Your email address is important if you like to stay informed.
After you placed your order you receive a confirmation email. After your order has been shipped you receive an email with tracking details.

You may return a Product that you have purchased if the Product is faulty or you otherwise have a right to return the Product under any applicable law.
If an item arrives faulty, you must inform us within 10 working days of receipt of the order. Once the faulty item is received, you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be made to your credit card or PayPal account.
All items being returned must not be affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part.
Change of mind
If you change your mind on a purchased item you may return the product and you may be illigible for a credit. Before you return you must inform us within 10 days after the product is received. When applying for a credit the product must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. You will be given a store credit.
Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded/credited (actual shipping cost calculated).
If goods are returned through buyer's mistake (change of mind), we may make a fifteen (15%) deduction from the value of the credit note, by way of handling charge, before making a refund.
All items being returned must not be used and must be returned undameged in original packaging. Used/opened items lose their original value and need to be reviewed by us to calculate the value of the credit note.
However in most cases we are happy to just swap the product for you without extra charges if you choose the wrong item. A shipping/handling fee might be aplicable. Contact us before you return a product, to see what we can do for you.
When you receive a product that is faulty (DOA:Dead on arrival) you can return the product and we send you a new replacement. Contact us via email to notify us of the problem and we will inform you about the return process and return address. Products need to be returned within 10 working days and the seller needs to be informed directly when the problem is discovered. After the 10 working days a faulty product is handled under the warranty terms from the manufacturer.
