Shipping
We use E-parcel service from Australian Post for shipment of all products. 
We ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping date
We ship your order on the business day after your order was placed, subject to stock availability.
Shipping rates
When placing an order you can check shipping rates when checking out your shopping basket.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
Express post
You can choose to have your order shipped with express post. Your order will be offered for shipment on the next business day. For most addresses you receive your order within 2 business days if you are in a express post area.

Returns Policy
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please email us at sales@ereadersrus.com.au.
You may return a Product that you have purchased if the Product is faulty or you otherwise have a right to return the Product under any applicable law.
If an item arrives faulty, you must inform us within 10 working days of receipt of the order. Once the faulty item is received, you will be offered a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be made to your credit card or PayPal account.
If you change your mind on a purchased item, you will be given a store credit to the same value once the item has been received in good order, and any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
All items being returned must not be affected by being used in an abnormal way, or reduced in value by delay on your part.
DOA
When you receive a product that is faulty (DOA:Dead on arrival) you can return the product and we send you a new replacement. Contact us via email to notify us of the problem and we will inform you about the return process and return address. Products need to be returned within 10 working days and the seller needs to be informed directly when the problem is discovered. After the 10 working days a faulty product is handled under the warranty terms from the manufacturer.
